The Guillen family embodies a unique combination of years of experience in coffee, tradition, and an innovative spirit. The farm is small, covering just 17 hectares, and was established in 1890.

The fact that the La Dalia coffee batch won the German Coffee Cup in 2018 demonstrates that their efforts have been fruitful.

This micro-lot was produced using anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a bright, effervescent flavor with a juicy acidity and pleasant fruity aftertaste.
