"What a delightful aroma!

What a wonderful taste!

What a long and pleasant aftertaste!

Only a very good coffee, close to perfection, deserves such epithets."
What influences the taste of coffee and how can you learn to choose the right coffee?
"Let's figure out how to choose the right coffee to get the perfect cup at home.

In our experience, if we consider taste to be 100%, it depends on the following factors:"
"20% on the freshness of the harvest
40% on the correct roasting
30% on the storage after roasting
10% on the skill of preparation

By the way, even the most expensive coffee machines cannot fix the taste of bad coffee."
Now, broken down into points:
"HARVEST (20%)

Green coffee should not be stored for more than a year (until the next harvest). Not all coffee in the world is sold in the year it was harvested from plantations. Moreover, not all coffee importers are able to sell last year's stock within a year.

The taste of coffee is heavily dependent on the harvest date. Old coffee beans can be stale or even have a moldy smell. Naturally, after roasting, such coffee will be significantly different from the ideal taste.

By the way, coffee from the previous harvest is cheaper and dishonest producers can take advantage of this.

WE ONLY SELL COFFEE FROM THE LATEST HARVEST. THIS IS OUR RULE."

"ROASTING (40%)

Coffee can even be roasted on a frying pan. But not all roasting is created equal.

During the roasting process, the equipment used is important. We roast your coffee on European professional roasters, controlling the process according to an approved roasting profile.

Roasting coffee is a creative process. A lot depends on the roaster's experience - whether the coffee will be under-roasted or over-roasted. The ideal is achievable when creativity is backed up by experience.

By the way, we roast all our coffee to a medium degree. It is precisely medium roasting that allows us to fully reveal the taste and aroma of each bean.

Our experience in roasting coffee is more than 15 years."
"STORAGE AFTER ROASTING (30%)

It's surprising, but while green coffee can be stored for a year, roasted coffee can be stored for no more than 3-4 months. Coffee that is older than 4 months has nothing in common with freshly roasted coffee.

A proper coffee bag should have a gas valve. Read here why this is extremely important.

By the way, it's appropriate to compare this with freshly baked bread. Hot bread from a small bakery will always be tastier than bread baked in a factory and lying on a supermarket shelf for several days.

WE SELL ALL OUR COFFEE WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER ROASTING. ALL OUR COFFEE IS PACKAGED IN PROPER BAGS WITH GAS VALVES."
"SKILL OF PREPARATION (10%)

Do you know why we allocated only 10% to this point? Because there is nothing easier than brewing a cup of amazing coffee.

If you have freshly harvested beans that have been properly roasted and stored in the right packaging, no matter which brewing method you choose, the coffee in your cup will be wonderful.

Want to make espresso with an espresso machine? Go ahead.

Want to use a French press or a Chemex? Feel free to do so.

Or simply pour coffee into a cup and add hot water.

The result will be excellent. We are confident that it is impossible to ruin good coffee by preparing it incorrectly. Delicious coffee is always prepared correctly, my friends.

WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING TO ENSURE THAT YOUR SKILL OR LACK THEREOF DOES NOT AFFECT THE TASTE OF COFFEE.
