Description
The farm coffee El Salvador Guillen from El Salvador comes from the Guillen family, who have been in the coffee business for several generations on their farm LA DALIA, situated at an elevation of 1400 to 1450 meters. The Guillen family embodies a unique combination of years of experience in coffee, tradition, and an innovative spirit. The farm is small, covering just 17 hectares, and was established in 1890.
The fact that the La Dalia coffee batch won the German Coffee Cup in 2018 demonstrates that their efforts have been fruitful.
This micro-lot was produced using anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a bright, effervescent flavor with a juicy acidity and pleasant fruity aftertaste.
Taste notes include apple, red currant, and a honey sweetness.
The brightness of this coffee is immediately noticeable from the first sip, providing a sensation of liveliness and invigoration. This brightness is beautifully balanced by a fresh acidity, giving the coffee a tantalizing edge.
However, the true magic of El Salvador Guillen unfolds at the end. As the acidity fades, your palate is enveloped in a creamy aftertaste, concluding with a sense of serenity.
