Description
Ethiopia, and more specifically the Yirgacheffe region, is the birthplace of coffee and currently holds a leading position in the world for producing exceptionally high-quality coffee. It's no coincidence that coffee originated in this region, which boasts the ideal climate, soil, and elevation for coffee cultivation.
We invite you to enjoy coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, produced at the Adado processing station. Trust us, this coffee deserves a place in your cup.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Adado coffee has a very complex flavor with intricate sweetness. It features notes of stone fruits and berries, along with a delightful floral aroma.
If we were told to spend a year on a deserted island and could only bring one type of coffee, it would undoubtedly be coffee from Ethiopia.
Interesting facts about Ethiopian coffee:
- Due to the high elevation, the temperature can fluctuate by as much as 15 degrees Celsius within a day. This causes the coffee to grow more slowly, resulting in increased sweetness, acidity, and a very complex flavor profile.
- Unlike other countries, Ethiopian coffee is not sorted by size. A single package may contain both large and small beans. This raises a reasonable question: how can coffee beans of different sizes be roasted properly when smaller beans should roast faster than larger ones? The answer we give our customers is, "Ethiopian coffee is so delicious that it can even be roasted in a pan." And it's true. Try Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Adado and enjoy!
